Rosemary Kelly is a residential and commercial designer operating her own business since 1999 and serves as the Area Coordinator for the Interior Design Certificate Program for Continuing Education at DCAD. She also teaches interior design courses in DCAD's Associate of Fine Arts Degree Program.
