New video highlights '10 Lessons'
September 13th 2012
In a new video, 10 DCAD students demonstrate a series of 10 lessons they learned while studying at DCAD. The "10 Lessons" were learned both inside and outside of the classroom.
Produced through the Office of Communications with the help of The Kitchen LLC, a media production company based in Wilmington, "10 Lessons" offers honest, un-scripted insight into life at DCAD as told by the students themselves.
To make the video, many students were interviewed about their experiences and ideas of what they could portray on camera. Filming was done in April before the Spring 2012 semester ended.
"I would like to thank the many individuals who were involved with this project," said Jessica Sturgis, DCAD Director of Communications. "The finished product really captures the energy and experiences that DCAD can offer."
The students featured are: Hannah Mulligan, Chris Ramos, Matthew Young, Joel Turner, Hillary Cianciosi, Shelly Silva, Brittany Bobo, Desiree Morris, Darrell Brock, and Michael Stanislow. Many more classes, students, faculty and scenes from throughout the College can also be seen throughout the film.
"Ten Lessons" is available online and will be traveling with members of the DCAD Admissions Office this fall.
