DCAD student designs T-shirt for 2010

In the fall semester, a contest was held for second-year students to design a limited edition T-shirt specifically for the Delaware College of Art and Design. After reviewing the entries submitted, a contemporary pen and ink design was selected.

The design was created by student Josh Chance, of Millington, Md., who is an illustration major.

DCAD hopes to make this an annual contest for students and build a collection of unique designs.

To print the T-shirts, DCAD worked with Spaceboy Clothing of Wilmington (www.spaceboyclothing.com), who generously discounted the cost to print the design.

Shirts are available for sale in the DCAD Bookstore. Each shirt is $15. Men’s and women’s sizes are available.
