Wilmington, DElaware (June 13, 2011) – The state’s only professional school of art and design and the state’s only museum of natural history will team up this October for “Natural Attraction: Nature-Inspired Art,” an unique, curated exhibition showcasing work inspired by the natural world. The Delaware College of Art and Design will display work by students in a variety of media beginning October 7, 2011 at the Delaware Museum of Natural History.

DCAD Graphic Design student Brett Robinson created the winning poster design to announce the April 1 grand opening of World Cafe Live at The Queen.

The 2011 DCAD T-shirt has arrived, designed by illustration major Mark Bennett and printed by Spaceboy Clothing of Wilmington.

In the Fall 2010 semester, DCAD created a Dean's List and Dean's List with Distinction to recgonize students' outstanding academic achievement. Feb. 4, 21 students were recognized with certificates for their hard work during the fall semester.

These three workshops provide an overview of Adobe Creative Suite 4 and will be taught through discussions, demonstrations and hands-on exercises.
