Distinguished Alumni Award Nominations

DCAD is celebrating twenty years of successful alumni, and as such, it is the appropriate time for DCAD's first ever Distinguished Alumni Award. This individual will be chosen by a nomination and voting process among DCAD alumni, faculty, and staff. This is your opportunity to shine a light on one of your own - a fellow DCAD alum who is taking the world by storm. Please send us your nomination form at the link below- including the name, class year, current contact information and a brief paragraph on why you are nominating this person. Results will be announced in Fall 2016 and the Distinguished Alumni Award will be presented at Family and Alumni Weekend on Saturday, January 21, 2017. Please submit your nomination form for distinguished alumni no later than November 1, 2016.

About our Alumni

DCAD alumni have worked on Cartoon Network's Superjail, Wonder Pets on Nickelodeon, and animated pieces for the Animal Collective's "Brotherhood" music video. They have worked at The Center for Art in Wood, the Museum of Contemporary Photography, Disney Interactive Media Group, Stag and Hare, Cline Davis Mann, Slate, Discover Card and Saatchi & Saatchi.

To celebrate this amazing group, DCAD has started to grow the DCAD Alumni Association and host events just for alumni. The College would like to hear about what is happening with alumni — school, jobs, travel, families, etc. — and also be updated when contact info changes.
