Visiting Delaware College of Art and Design’s Thronson Library
Delaware College of Art and Design’s (DCAD) Thronson Library is focused on fine and applied arts in support of the DCAD curriculum. The Library houses over 18,500 items including books, periodicals, DVDs and sound files. Online databases provide access to high-quality images and scholarly resources.
The general public, visiting scholars, and art & design professionals are welcome to use the Thronson Library collections on weekdays during regular business hours. Visitors wishing to use the Thronson Library should contact the librarian in advance to make an appointment and need to sign in with the college’s security personnel.
Note: Visitors can use the computers if they are not in use by students; printing is not available to visitors.
